Delivery

When will I get my order?

United Kingdom deliveries:

  • Your items will be sent to you using Royal Mail 1st Class service with a next working day delivery aim on UK orders made between Monday and Friday before 3pm
  • Our delivery time frame is 1 to 2 working days subject to mail provider performance
  • Delivery charge is £2.99 on every order

Dubai deliveries:

  • 20 AED delivery charge for all orders
  • Our delivery time frame is 2 to 3 days 
  • Please ensure you provide us with the correct mobile number for the driver to contact you if needs be

Rest of UAE deliveries:

  • 30 AED delivery charge for all orders
  • Our delivery time frame is 2 to 3 days 
  • Please ensure you provide us with the correct mobile number for the driver to contact you if needs be

Rest of the world deliveries :

  • £5 delivery charge for all orders
  • Our delivery time frame is 5 to 7 days 
  • Please ensure you provide us with the correct mobile number, email address and delivery address 

 

 

The Important Part

  • We cannot be held responsible for parcels which have been requested by the customer to be left in a safe place or changed to a different address which it was ordered under. 
  • Please make sure when placing your order you input the correct email address. 
  • We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of work.
  • If you choose for your delivery to reach you at work please be certain that someone will be there and available to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.
  • Please note you as the consumer own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

Before getting in contact with us please ensure that we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date as per confirmation email. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange re-delivery. It is always worth checking with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf  or looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.


 

Returns

Our products are classed as skin care products and as a result we are not able to process returns or exchanges. 

All sales are final as we can guarantee all products go through a quality control process before dispatch.
